You really have to give credit to the the administration who came up with such a brilliant ploy to bilk billions from "nothing".
First establish a crisis or make up one or use whatever is small one may be handy then blow it out of proportions "wag the dog".
Next find a company or more like companies and force them to take loans and or convince them they NEED more money, who doesn't want more money anyways.
Next tack on extraordinary rates , fees etc...Then when companies are getting profitable change the rules of the game either thru fine print or force and threat.
Then use the media to convince the public/world this is a good thing for all!
Oh, I forgot, warn all your buddies first, what you are going to do so they can dump their shares and make it look even worse!!!
