Your broker will buy your position and close the account. However, They will pay nothing but a few pennies or so for the entire amount of your shares. Perhaps you should hold onto the stock and wait for the stock to be revoked so they can be deemed worthless.
worthless = company closed, stock revoked and SEC/DOJ criminal/Civil lawsuits is enough for the tax man if audited
