I strongly disagree with your views. All shareholders are owners of the company. Every shareholder has a sort og right to have those who manage our company spend reasonable amounts of money to see to it that there is a fair stock price continuously I think. In relation to the amount of money ERHE has at its disposition right now it is only fair to expect that it hires a PR firm to help publish relevant information in a way that contributes to having a stock price at a level that reflects prospects. In my view it is a misuse of his power if a minority shareholder like Mr Offor sees to it that shareholders don't get timely and relevant information because it does not interest him to have information published.
You are definitely entitled not to care what the stock price does during the next year or two. But you are not entitled to decide that other shareholders should not be concerned what thge stock price does during the next few months or years. Some may have to sell their stock for some reason. ERHE should to its best to see to it that they get a fair price.
only concerns your last sentence, i lost my MOM in 1998 and wish to pete i could call or send flowers or visit....those of you who have your MOM to hug please feel very, very fortunate and do not let any chance go by to be with her and let her know how special she is ...i was lucky as mine was one outstanding woman and person..
