Take a look again. the received date is Feb., not Sept., for the most recent filing. Which means if it was a duplicate, then they posted the most recent one, because it would have to be the document received on that date.
Maybe you are not talking about the same thing as me.
If it truly was a duplicate then they shouldn't have changed the date.
