I don't see a duplicate of anything unless the paper pushers at otcmarkets simply replaced it with a new filing and ditched the other, which they don't normally do. They keep whatever is submitted, when it's submitted... normally. There were other filings submitted in sept. 2014, however.

Of course, I didn't commit it to memory at all, I just knew that only 2012 filings were updated and that we were waiting on the rest.

Perhaps there was some sort of misunderstanding when you called there?

All I know is we're waiting on updates. One step at a time. They aren't doing this for nothing.
