What "breakout"? There was no breakout here. Crossball said it best in his last comment. And everyone is finally realizing precisely what I outlined for this stock in the near term. There is no retail movement on $LIO; This is par for the course. $LIO is doing exactly what it has been doing for the past couple of years and more, except that it's been far more diluted for the past 6 months or so, and thus has far less going for it as a result.
