The fact they filed a form 211 says they want to uplist. Settling the lawsuit is a positive step in that direction. Will they uplist? Who knows. If they do uplist, what will happen to the stock? It's not a given it will rise and very well could tank very rapidly. This is very fascinating to watch play out and I'm enjoying it ( as I've already written off my money ) and a very expensive education in the grey market.
