What fundamentals the fundamentals of a pump n dump, the mothership having tony ask for a tweet to be sent out saying that whales are being closed every other day.
Or the fundamentals of actually processing customers that were signed last year.

Not only shareholder trust, more important is business trust. If MYEC wants to do business with large company like Amazon or AT&T, Home depot or Walmart, uplist to SEC regular report is necessary condition.

The whole purpose of the uplist is to increase shareholder trust. This does nothing to change the fundamentals only more delays.
