I saw this in a filing last year. Q3 or Q4, not sure which.

I mentioned it to BK at the time and we discussed it.

An official line item in an "official" filing needs to be somewhat truthful, IMO !

Perhaps these are the "WEB TOOLS" necessary to launch SCOOT ( phone to phone money-transfer ) in the coming quarter or two ?
