Dualzorb - Win/Win for the Environment?

http://www.dualzorb.net/Areas_of_Impact.html

More Than 4 Million Acres Impacted

The Mountain Pine Beetle is at epidemic levels throughout the western United States, including the Rocky Mountain Region. Forests affected, include several in Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Dualzorb is truly “restoring the environment” with the environment.

The raw source for this wood (fiber based), all natural product, is from beetle killed pine trees of the United States Rocky Mountain forests. The forests have become very dense due to decades of fire control and the recent droughts, leaving these dense forests dry and vulnerable to insect outbreaks. According to the U.S. Forest Service, 41.7 million acres of U.S. Forests (private and public) have been affected since the outbreak of the mountain bark beetle in 1996. These dead standing forests are causing severe soil erosion, are extremely susceptible to intense wildfires, and provide very poor habitat for wildlife.

By utilizing these dead standing trees as the raw source for manufacturing our all natural absorbent and bioremediation agent, Dualzorb is “restoring the environment”. Through the removal of these dead standing forests, vegetation are able to regenerate faster, providing forage and shelter for wildlife. With the growth of new vegetation, soil erosion slows and stops, significantly reducing the fuel load that is available to wildfires, making them easier to contain and monitor for firefighters.

As a 100% biodegradable, bioremediation agent, Dualzorb can be utilized for oil remediation projects where petroleum hydrocarbons (oil) are degraded to nontoxic levels and inert substances. By “restoring the environment”, with the environment, Dualzorb is preventing pollution, containing pollution, and treating contaminated sites, having no negative impact on the environment. After the soils are decontaminated, the wood fibers from Dualzorb, provides support for healthy soil development, increasing moisture retention, nutrient retention, and providing a food source for soil microbes, as an organic fertilizer.

Dualzorb to be used in Nigeria/Oil Spill Remediation Worldwide?

MC Endeavors, Inc. Announces Their Strategic Partner, Fiscal Dynamics Limited Receives Official Approval for MCE-LBI Product Use for Nigeria and Sub-Sahara, Africa
Apr 18, 2012

/PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce that their strategic partner Fiscal Dynamics Limited (FDL) has officially received the approval to amend its Exclusive Distribution Strategic Partnership Agreement for the OEM, to include the 'MCE-LBI Renewable Products' for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa.

On September 6, 2011 MC Endeavors, Inc. announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Fiscal Dynamics Limited, ("FDL") of Lagos State, Nigeria for the distribution of MCE-LBI Renewable products, including DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® throughout the Six (6) Geo-Political Zones of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. FDL has been involved in environmental disaster remediation, oil spills and specialty chemical clean-ups, environmental soil bioremediation and extraction technology consultancy services in Nigeria since 1991. FDL has established business relationships with organizations such as Shell Oil Corp., Chevron Oil Corp. and other Multi-nationals operating in Nigeria and the FDL-MCE-LBI partnership opens the door for growth in new areas of business for all three (3) companies who have been working on setting up their distribution channel over the past 7 months.

The approval of the amendment for FISCAL DYNAMICS LIMITED to add the MCE-LBI Renewable products distribution, vendor recruiting, CRM, Supply logistics and support, vendors' staff training and compensation incentives to its original strategic roles as Products Exclusive Distributor for DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® for the Six (6) Geo-Political Zones of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, has enabled FDL to revise its estimated sales revenue upward for the FY2012.

In September 2012 FDL's projected sales over 5 years at between $5.4M to $9.3M for oil spill clean-up in Nigeria." It is now estimated that the net sales revenue will grow an additional 30 - 40% resulting from the addition of the extended sub-distribution channels to its direct sales and marketing effort in the Oil Producing Regions of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa. That increase will mean an equivalent estimated 30 to 40% increase in revenues for MCE from this income source as well.

Dr. Cornelius Shogunle reminded us that," More oil is spilled from the Nigerian Delta's network of terminals, pipes, pumping stations and oil platforms every year than has been lost in the Gulf of Mexico, the site of the major ecological catastrophe caused by oil that poured from a leak triggered by the explosion of British Petroleum's Deepwater Horizon Rig in April 2010."

Tim Algier, President and CEO of MC Endeavors, who will be joining Dr. Shongunle on the ground in Nigeria in May of 2012 said, "DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb®will be a great addition to FDL's tool chest for cleaning up oil pipeline ruptures, extinguishing oil fires and absorbing oil from contaminated soils and waterways. These natural biodegradable absorption products are very safe to use, silica dust free without carcinogens, and they suppress hazardous fumes by encapsulating chemicals into DualZorb's cellulose fiber. Pouring 1-ton bags of DualZorb onto an oil fire via a long crane arm safely extinguishes the blaze by absorbing the fuel source."
