From my understanding $700 million in offshore debt is being exchanged for shares at $1.58 and 2018 bond. If company can improve operations with support from chinese govt and banks, then share price would rise and debt conversion wouldnt be as dilutive. Its risky but at least I think it has a chance unlike stpfq.
