You are partly right. In hindsight I should have sold more shares at the high. I have only a couple of 100k that I continue to play with. Right now if you are nimble you can make small gains. As a stock to hold, that remains to be seen. I believe those selling shares in this trading range want it to stay there and not go any lower. Everyone has there own investment strategy.
I have moved most of my money out of penny stocks and invested in land, Canadian stocks and GIC's. You get so many more shares on the Canadian market with the exchange rate :)
