When they convert, the shares go into the O/S. Insiders gave themselves $510,000.00, as a stock incentive. I find that odd based on their perfomance here. Plus this is not a big board stock. Its a penny play. This all smells like another way to dip into the ATM machine here. Money is not even to further the company along, its to line their own personal pockets!!
