I am long ECIG.

Why has the A/S Maxed out (dilution no?)? That is may be the same reason the company is asking for more no? You believe the company is asking for increase of A/S with 20 millions preferred just for fun? Lol..Hahahaha. You see I have learned to set expectation low, to avoid disappointment. I am very positive on ECIG in the long. The short term may be challenging. I will be holding tight on my shares and adding on dips...Recall, I started buying this thing the day it broke below $1...Patience is virtue.
