i have seen this take expressed as well... so i don't doubt what you're saying regard their point of view... furthermore, i get where they started from shorting a reverse merger for a product that seemed far too good to be true...
...what i don't get about the shorts is how do you hang on to a faulty theory in the face of increasing evidence that your original thesis was simply flat out wrong...
S3d is a scam, glassware is worthless, the partnerships mean nothing, there will be no revenue, the revenues will not scale, it's a niche product at best, overland will pull them under... on an on... every bear argument has been picked off one-by-one... how do they maintain their thesis in the face of this onslaught of evidence to the contrary... ???
is it hubris? desperation? insanity? vengence? foolishness? manipulation?
in 12 months it will simply not matter... if they really believe the open letter was bs... then they truly lack any real business savy...
