That's laughable on it's face. KM signs a MNDA which excludes use of their name???? Yet KM knows that their name has to be part of an 8K. Let me let you in on a little secret KM will not let STWA us their name in any and I repeat any PR release without their approval. It has nothing to do with the MNDA - absolutely nothing.
