#51858 RE: Nightdaytrader #51855

Night, S. Freed has posted that he does not believe Offor is interested in parting with too many shares. He knows his shares could be worth a lot more after proven reserves.

A lot of the desire for the $5 buy in could come f rom other large shareholders who have held their ERHC shares for many years and would like to get some cash out of a portion of them.

It is possible that Offor distrubted shares years ago to people in Africa, too.

Doing a Chrome Oil sale would not allow for any return for political favors granted over the years.

Nightdaytrader,

My thoughts were somewhat similiar to yours. My thought was that the Company isn't too concerned about sp right now, even offor, IF (and that is a big IF) there actually is a bid for a buy-in. The reason is because if there is a bid for a buy-in (all unsubstantiated) then the price will take off when word is passed on. Now IF there is no buy-in, then it does concern me more to see our company not be concerned about sp or letting us know what is going on.
