Sorry...deal is NOT done until ANY of you show me that you were able to sell your NEW shares for a profit....
You guys keep missing the big picture...doesnt matter what happens now..doesnt matter if deal goes thru..doesnt matter if shares remain unregistered, doesnt matter if they register them and then restrict them...doesnt matter if you hold restricted shares you cannot sell and they run the new company up to $50.00 per share...
The only that matters is what you can get for your shares, when you are able to sell them.....
You folks remind me of the people walking thru vegas looking thru the window and seeing these huge barrels of cash used to get you into the casino. You guys sit outside looking at all the cash and because the sign on the window says IF you get the right number, the money is yours....and you look at the cash and immediately think it is yours.....
How naive can you people actually be to say things like it's a done deal and it's great...naysayers have been proven wrong..deal is done and longs were right and etc, etc, etc...are you really that naive to count money that is uncashable? Until you can sell those shares, NOTHING matters...
What will be quite funny is IF they run the new company UP and if they run it UP alot, most of you are going to be freaking....seeing a huge share price...yet you cant sell your shares......when you can...I suspect they will be worth zero or ALOT less......but I truly hope you get your shares...I hope the valuation shows up in your account...I hope they run the new stock UP, because then this board will get very interesting/hilarious..the higher the new company goes, the more you guys will be posting the most hilarious stuff imaginable and it should be fun to watch yall talling about your new found wealth.....It may not be so funny for most of yall in a year seeing that your wealth is no longer there.
