Roofie's in DaJoint as a cadre at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City until 07 June 2031 unless:

(1) he is transferred to a different Federal prison (AGAIN!) for any of a variety of reasons;

(2) he leaves in a pine box or body bag to a mortuary;

(3) a UFO from Pluto beams him up to a secret colony on the dark side of the Moon (or a comet), never to be seen by any human ever again.

Inmates are always filing junk with the courts. They have nothing better to do with their time. Roofie simply has no basis for a successful appeal or for early release for compassionate reasons (terminal cancer).

He and Charlie Manson can file a motion a month if they want, but neither's getting out early.
