...as you first eluded to Rosneft and NordOil.ru, hence those are the companies and the relationship I was referring to; again of (1)NORD Oil.ru and (2)Rosneft (a long standing State Operated joint stock company-also that announced this year it's intent to become an open publicly traded company and I believe Morgan Stanley is lead underwriter and has already taken a board position therein).

You are also referring to our (3)Nord Oil International (NDOL) and (4)Russneft and (5)North West Oil Group...I can see why you’re confused ...In which yes, these are private companies with state affiliations and exceptioanl Oil & Gas property Russian-based operations.
