Legal fees are over and above the settlement and my understanding is insiders are paying the bill. Thats how confident they are in the story. I also heard through a contact back east that the lawyers representing the case may have been buyers which is not a conflict in my opinion. I also would not be surprised to see associate on the Advisory side buying knowing the situation Advisory is in. It would be unlikely though that Noah would purchase shares knowing he may be about to offer a significant settlement to shareholders.
This is all just my opinion. I don't know the lawyers involved here.
