I think if QE 4 gets implemented GE and the markets go higher. Oil will go higher and yes the dollar goes down...and the equity bubble grows even bigger setting up for an even bigger collapse at some point down the road because eventually the fed will run out of tools. Unfortunately even good companies will be affected by this economic catastrophy caused by backwards economic policies and unruly spending.
