I've had contact with his attorney in the last year and got very little info. My point is that Loflin had to pay his attorney something to get this filed.
Even you naysayers have to step back and question what is going on. By your own accounts you give Loflin and Lusi a great deal of credit for being thieves. You cannot dismiss the fact that Loflin kept this company from taking the final plunge. If there are no plans, I'd be very surprised.
