It's odd, but Alicia Keys
doesn't get played much on this board.
She & my youngest daughter were in school together, from kindergarten through 6th grade at P.S 116, on the Corner of 33rd & 3rd, (yup, Murrayhill), in Manhattan.
She had a different last name back then, and a still yet to be developed voice.
I was probably the first to record her, at her mother's behest, and I still have those two tunes that we recorded, when she was nine or ten years old.
She has proven to be a fast friend to all of her old school pals, and remains in touch with my daughter to this day.
