Paulness, thank you for your kind response to my little rant. It remains my view, however, that people who truly care about something will be the ones who offer constructive criticism and pay close attention to current affairs. I want the company to be as professional in a business sense as they are in a scientific way. I have some friends who got into this through my recommendation, two of them successful doctors, and their only gripe is about the company communications, not the science. Take care.
