For all I know the judge had a tummy ache that morning.

Did the judge find in favor of OWOO? No. Was a dismissal granted in this matter? No. Is the matter still before the court in the State of New York? Yes. Will OWOO ultimately have to pay the amounts lent, plus interest, or simply settle the matter with discounted shares? Absolutely. When this matter is settled, will it have an adverse effect on OWOO's shareholders? Absolutely.

Should I invest in OWOO? Not unless I need a tax write off for losses in my investments.
