I have been in that building. If that's really their current address, *THAT* is legit. It's extremely nice inside, in one of the nicer parts of downtown Boston. Fairly Prime real estate. I am free next weekend, weather permitting, to go do some DD. Please feel free to compile a list of what to look for/what to catalog, as I am not used to doing this. Thanks.
