When you think you have all of the answers, most likely you don't. Some of the sell pressure is from high risk takers, with 1 year long term capital tax gains. Those few share owners, have huge percentage gains and want to book their profits. As far as the price action since December...it's exactly what I look for in a stock I want to own long term. This price action is super healthy with flippers & traders taking profits as we keep moving higher over the next few years.
