#286980 RE: Always wondering #286963

Thanks wondering for your reply! I had hoped you and Z would reply and a few others that have been on this road trip with us! Yea in my early Fannie days I looked at ways the truth could be revealed to the public, truths we all knew were present just below the surface of the gov's plot to nationalize FnF and their exorbitant profits. Now that the truth is having light shed on it, and slowly but surely public opinion is shifting, I am trying to figure out what legs the gov have to truly stand on apart from strong arming the judicial system or a fly-by-night bill(which has yet to gain any sort of a majority support in the past). It seems to me all of the govs henchmen have presented their bills and those in the know in Congress have quenched those intentions. Many would agree that a 30 year mortgage(the staple of the USA and middle-class America) must remain intact, as this country would over-night become the haves-and have nots(even more so than it already is). So moving forward I cant seem to see a clean way out of this for this administration...the public is not going to tolerate a transparencyless review on the GSE's there is just too much capital at stake and on the books of the GSE's. The gov cannot truly nationalize the GSE's as they cannot bring the GSE's debt/equity ratios onto the gov's books or they already would have. The decision of conservatorship versus receivorship is truly our shining light, as the public is normally misinformed and in the dark, however even the most blind sheep will not accept the GSE's being moved to receivorship when the gov is projecting 200billion in profits in the next 10 years- Under the clause of protecting the taxpayers...more like robbing the taxpayers blind and the biggest redistribution of wealth in modern history. Sorry for the novel Always, I am just trying to put the pieces together and I know that you and Z and several several others are methodically piecing this mystery together as well! It certainly helps seeing things from all of your perspectives!
