As Tyhub noted earlier, the company appears to have edited out that part of the online posted webinar video. If it is true, perhaps it is best not to contact that company until the PR comes out (just in case).
If there is even a .0000005% chance that it is true and too many people call the company and the deal gets blown, that won't be good for those of us holding onto shares.
