I can't say what the most recent Keller Williams sign-ups were but have heard that the average is $150.

I think it is very realistic to have 20,000 agents by end of 2015. $150 x 20,000=3,000,000.

Heck, I think its realistic to have 20,000 just Keller Williams agents (I believe they have 138,000 total), they absolutely love RealBiz.
