I am a broken record

Yes F will decline if AIG loses

Yes F will fly fly fly if AIG wins

but AIG case is an attack on the ORIGINAL gov action

the hedgies fighting our battle are taking that path in the district court and got stopped by Lamberth - now on appeal

but in the claims court - at least case ONE - the focus is 100% on the THIRD AMENDMENT and how relative to the first deal which was onerous but announced and doable --- this new deal is a complete taking of property

very different case --- similar on the surface but not upon serious look
