CHP you are correct the old 13D was Filed around 11/12/13 when the first News on Iron Ridge when they received 8.96 million shares of taking on some past SCRC Debt and I know about the addional 1.69 million as well plus they fighting over in the courts for another 1.69M, I checked the past filings (see link below), IMO I want to point out that the filing 13G/A that came out Friday is ancient news. This filing is over 18 months old and as most of you know IronRidge was selling thru BTIG and they have been long gone for well over 8 months. The only shares that remain open are the 1.69 shares that SCRC is fighting. Currently I believe Ironridge has zero shares and I believe a few other folks are accurate here in stating Ironridge has zero shares also! Go SCRC! Tut

I think there's been a lot more people who say otherwise about there being shares still around from Ironridge. We ran through those months ago.How is it you come up with pages of stuff, to support otherwise? Ironridge wasn't in the investment business they got their money a long time ago while driving down the price of the shares.. long time ago.

Ironridge is gone. He has been gone month's ago.
