I think they are being investigated by the SEC for securities fraud. Clarence Parks was mentioned in an old press release about having property in "Belize"... RED FLAG.... Management is a bunch of idiots for even mentioning that in Print!! It was literally a green light for the FEDS to investigate IMO... There only saving grace is they have a few oil wells, but that won't even save them from the Millions they scammed from investors. I would be more then happy to write a deposition for the FEDs about this. Oh well people get what they deserve.
