I believe Wells Fargo had ECIG IPO market cap at 350 million. Not knowing back then about the 4th quarter and giving the 4th quarter sales of 20 million( I am assuming 5 million more than Q3)then a yearly sales of 50 million would give it valuation of 7. 350 million market cap divided by 50 millions in sales for 2014 (just a guess) gives 7 multiplier. Stock closed at .057 last Friday X 300 mil (AS or OS)= 17 million market cap. 350 million divided 17 million= 20 times Fridays price. So .057 X 20= $1.14 if you use Wells Fargo numbers. That would be the blue sky assuming a Q4 of 20 million. ALL IMO LONG ECIG
