The key date to watch for will be the ex-date...this is when Cannabix will begin trading without the gold property...anyone holding the stock prioir to the ex-date will get shares in the new entity...

I don't see a reference to a spin-off in the document you provided. Just being the devils advocate. If what you are saying entices people buy in for long term, I'm all for it. I do feel management has referenced Jan 5th for a reason. Anyway... Tomorrow we should know.
