You maybe right. But if we get 1/2$M produce some cards then will the higher stock you can then get more $ with less dilution

Your assumption regarding the level of control or ownership offered by the company to gain funding is one of few reasons that may be holding things up.
We can't say absolutely.
Surely after this long and Zwipe on the scene in a big way one would realize a little of something is much better then a whole lot of nothing.
