NanoTech Acquires Worldwide Global Entertainment
NanoTech Media Division to Expand with Key Personnel & Content Additions

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Silicon Valley based Worldwide Global Entertainment. The acquisition is effective immediately and the Worldwide staff will join the NanoTech Media division.
“I’ve really enjoyed working with the NanoTech team over the past few months and am very excited to become an integral part of the team. I’ve got a long history of media production and development and combining my experience with the amazing NanoTech technology is going to be very exciting.”
“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to help expand our Media division,” stated Jeffrey A. Foley, NanoTech CEO. “Worldwide’s management team brings a wealth of experience and contacts to NanoTech. Given our continued expansion in the home entertainment space, having a team of seasoned veterans join us to help expand our library of unique content is a welcome addition to the team. Worldwide has been working on several great products that will fit nicely in our lineup.”
Pete Crowley, will immediately take a position as Vice President of Sales for NanoTech Media. Crowley commented “I’ve really enjoyed working with the NanoTech team over the past few months and am very excited to become an integral part of the team. I’ve got a long history of media production and development and combining my experience with the amazing NanoTech technology is going to be very exciting.”
Peter Riordan, CFO of Worldwide, will join NanoTech as Vice President of Strategic Planning. “I’ve been impressed with the forward looking strategies that the NanoTech team has employed, both in business and technology. I’m looking forward to being part of the management team that helps continue to guide the company,” stated Riordan.

I don't see it mentioned in the Quarterly with the other acquisitions:
1) In July 2012, NanoTech completed an agreement and acquisition resulting in NanoTech Media Corporation
operating as a wholly owned subsidiary.
2) In October 2012, NanoTech completed an agreement with Global Media Enterprises giving NanoTech the
exclusive distribution rights to Global Media's content.
3) In October 2012, NanoTech entered into an agreement and formed a partnership resulting in NanoTech
Communications Corporation operating as a wholly owned subsidiary.
4) In July 2013 NanoTech completed an agreement for the acquisition of Clear Memories, Inc.
5) In July 2013 NanoTech entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Magic Screen 3D, Inc.
6) In July 2013 NanoTech entered into an agreement for the acquisition of WEG, LLC.
7) In September 2013 NanoTech created a subsidiary, 4K Studios, that is focused on the production of original 4K
UltraHD content as well as the conversion of existing films into 4K UltraHD digital format.
8) NanoTech is looking to create or acquire another subsidiary that will be focused on scientific research and
development, providing new technology and product concepts.

was the deal cancelled?? No mention of shares for Worldwide GLOBAL Entertainment nor Peter Riordan. But Peter Crowley as related to WEG LLC - whatever that is. The Tahoe TV thing?
