what we do know is that most of those companies were using zep compatible panels prior to the litigation. It's an impressive list but is not an all inclusive list of pv manufacturers.
Exactly Royal. There is nothing in that settlement to stop WEST from refiling another action. Zep knew that WEST had no resources to defend their patent. Will someone help them? Maybe. IMO.
