Believe Berger will stay....but see him now accepting input from a Denner perspective. Don't believe Denner has the power or ability to remove a CEO who is just not great at what he does. Been an owner of shares since 2009 and see Berger as mediocre, but not incompetent enough to ouster, just like the majority of CEO's out there.
How he's going to stay when the majority shareholders lining up to vote him out?
