Agreed, I think Denner will move quicker (months) rather than dragging this out for another year or two.

I don't necessarily agree it's going to be over quickly, although that would be my preference. As I recall Icahn/Denner were in Imclone for two years. Regarding ARIA Denner has a 100% unrealized gain on a publicly traded security, he's sitting pretty. I don't think he'll rush things if he thinks he can create value in the near/medium term.
Still haven't listened to HB's presentation, was there any indication in his tone of voice that he's under stress?
