Yes why create a class of stock to kill off another class? While granted the whole rs and as and preferred stock thing hurts us...doncha think over the long haul these moves could be very very profitable to everyone? ..although if only mgmt owns the preferreds and we street people own the commons ...hence the name, commons..then they mgmt again could just have their way with us....ooohh. im starting to sker myself with such talk...peace stok
