Flying into Boston today from a week long trip in the Azores. Snow or not, life goes on in New England. Things might get thrown off by a day or two, but not much more.

To infinity and beyond!

Having just been out shovelling yet again- 4th snowfall on 3 weeks, more than 7 feet total- it must have thrown things off. Esp depending on where the patients live, exactly, and how hard it is for them to get around. But I agree with other poster that impact not huge.

I live about 20 minutes north of Boston- things have been shutting down and being canceled every week so I wouldn't be suprised if this delayed something

"I raise the issue because I would speculate that this may cause an unanticipated delay for cohort 10 as it relies on brave cancer patients having the energy to fight the storm"

This statement begs me to ask, again, are these Stage 4 patients actually residents of the Boston area that are in the Kev trial, are they already on site?

I asked the same question awhile back about the lady with the lesion that disappeared who dropped out. If she in fact lives in Bulls Breath, Montana, perhaps she was ready to go home with her satchel of Kev. Why be away from family if these in fact are the best last days of her life, at least in her mind?

Why is it assumed that DF, one of the best cancer research centers in the world, only cater to Bostonian's?
