Arnh is over a year delinquent in filing a quarterly report. The CEO recently accepted a coo position with cdif - check the filing. There has not been an update to investors in over a year. It does not appear that they have an ongoing business - anyone know as to what they do - didn't think so. The stock is at no bid. OTC markets has a stop sign on them. The have issued preferred e shares that convert to 100s of billions of common stock. I could go on and I will should anyone want to debate the merit of arnh having meaningful value.
A OTCNI non-reporting peer with the larger SS (4.71B/5B shares OS/AS) and the same registered state (Florida) just bounced 3-bagger from "no bid" to 0.0003 last week after the exact same "Reactivation" event (near two year's no any filing)...
