big-Feb 26 2016 is the Markman hearing the judge just set the schedule date. I posted the link to HIS order. There is no way it is happening sooner. I think you do not understand that for every case a new Markman hearing is required and new arguments will be made for invalidity of the 336 and for non infringement. Every party gets their day in court. This will drag on for years with only the lawyers and TPL/PTSC management benefitting from below nuisance value settlements. I think you need to look up the law on this instead of somehow hoping for success. It is very sad to see people lose their money who understand neither the law nor the technology. I am just trying to help you guys out here. By the way the markets are closed Monday.
