The problem as I see it, is that SEC rules are lax enough to allow scams like UPZS to go on indefinately. If UPZS follows the rules by filling out the SEC paperwork, then what recourse do shareholders have ?
Shareholders have to do deeper research into these sketchy companies, and not buy based on press releases.
WOW!!! You have every press release I put out??? Well that's a challenge because the number is ZERO. I don't issue nor write press. That's the companies responsibility. I am here doing James a favor because im getting hammered in the stock.....nice job ridiculing someone trying to help you and your investment for free.
