To Jake's credit, he has managed to get the IDA to reconsider the Studioplex, re-negotiate the terms, agree to a timeline, and has worked with Roger to Recapitalize FONU2, Move the Studioplex into a new company with a brand new share structure, and now is working to launch construction.
To say Jake hasn't accomplished anything in 8 months is wrong, imo... The above accomplishments are impressive...
