Not really sure IMO the Equity Financier would buy these silly excuses about not filing SEC 8K's. Especially if meant increasing the trading volume Ha ha

Every press is not sent to the SEC. Most are not. Here are examples.

The 8k argument is silly and has no merit what so ever.
