Even the bagholders know for an absolute fact by this time that NTEK is totally unable to ever provide audited financial statements, and those that are honest with themselves know that this is because honestyly audited financial statements would be evidence, in and of themselves, of major crimes perpetrated by NTEK insiders.
Even without such audits, though, there's plenty of evidence of major securities fraud. When they took photos of empty boxes more than a year ago and claimed that they were NP-1s on the way to the retail channel, and this claim was made simply to sell NTEK stock, that's bright line securities fraud right there.
The gagged TA and the shenanigans surrounding the acquisition of HVEL is not as bright a line, but man, it sure stinks to high heaven.
