Shuffling's over, time to deal......Reread the PR's from January, the ball's rolling. Waiting on the "Financing Initiated" PR, among others. LOI to purchase silica mine, that'll be a sweet piece of news. Updated, quantified mine valuation PR will be another beautiful thing....MBC, the company we recently acquired has ongoing deals we've yet to hear about. An update on those deals would also be a good thing.
They've got more cooking that they can share with us, and no doubt we'll be hearing about other things as well......It's my belief that we will hear something before the month ends. The increase in the AS is available as of Monday the 16th. I have no proof, but it appears to me that those shares are to collaterized the financing in some fashion. Good chance they have things lined up, and will be implementing them once they have the shares available.....Last AS increase was leveraged for capital, restricted shares that've never entered the public float. I am of the belief this type of deal has been struck again, just waiting for the availability of shares to make this a reality.
These guys took a while to get things rolling, but have stayed the course, and are achieving the goals they set for the company.....More positive steps forthcoming
